Station
Station is the Synthaveil application your organisation runs for itself. Your team configures a data source, marks the identifying columns and saves a template for repeat jobs.

Your IT team sets up the sources
Point it at the data, mark which columns identify a person, and save that as a template you reuse.
Mark the columns containing names, addresses, references and free text, then save their treatments in a reusable template. Operators can prepare templates; administrators manage changes to existing ones.
What stays your decision
Classification depends on the person reviewing the data. Confirm that the intended source and connector are supported during setup.
STA-02
Four roles, not one login
Operator, admin, reviewer and DPO each see a different surface, and the boundaries are enforced rather than advised.
The person who runs jobs is not automatically the person who can change what a job does, and the DPO can read the audit trail without being able to run anything. Roles stay separate, checked on every sign-in.
What stays your decision
Roles are configured by whoever deploys it. Station enforces the separation you set up; it cannot enforce a separation you decided not to make.
STA-03
It stops before it overspends
Daily caps on records and calls. When a cap is reached the work pauses and the alert fires — it does not carry on quietly.
Caps hold. Reaching one pauses new work and alerts an admin. Nothing is dropped or silently cut short; the day rolls over, or an admin raises the cap on purpose.
What stays your decision
Work already claimed when a cap is hit finishes. The gate stops new work, not work in flight.
Your team runs the infrastructure and manages access, keys and updates. Station connects out to three places only: your database, the AI service you choose, and Synthaveil's service, which receives the values you mark and returns their stand-ins. If those values must never leave your network, Legend runs inside your perimeter. We work with you on setup; source connectivity needs checking against the systems you actually use.
